Ah well, at least after the 20 minutes I spent researching this I found out that there is a Toledo and a Lisbon in Ohio as well as in Spain/Potugua, and if I ever meet anyone from Toledo Ohio I can ask them about progress with Toledo's 15-year Waterways Initiative programme designed to improve its aging sewer system.

I have this crossword in front of me at the moment .
113 d is most definitely Japanese panel ( Shoji )and the clue which gives the answer Tagus is 138d Lisbon and Toledos waterway .
The crossword number is correct too Lovatts Stinker No 63 from the Crossword Puzzle Collection No 63.

I wonder what answer kellee got for 138 down instead of TAGUS?

These answers are 100% correct .I have checked and double checked my copy .

But the answer shoji which I agree is correct is nowhere near 133d. All my tntersecting answers fit TAGUS and that's how they're staying!
kellee will be back to say she's barking up the wrong tree, as usual, and then she'll reveal all her answers to people who don't actually want them!

To Pentalpha8, l must offer my most humbliest apologies for getting it mixed up, you see l alsway write down on a pad the answers l need after doing most of the puzzzle and fill it in after, and l must have written it down wrong, l do feel such an idiot if you could see my red face, l will not be able to come on the site again for fear of making a real mess of it,and l did know the answer after all, it is in my book of words,once again please accept my humbliest apologies. :-]

I knew the shoji answer was correct but I'd only done the part of the puzzle interlocking TAGUS which was about three answers. Late starter me.
