Mark Lawrenson on radio 5live made a reference to a quote by Sid Vicious about 'the man in the street'. But he didn't say what the quote was. Does anybody know?

Sid was once asked by a journalist if he played for 'the man in the street'? Sid's famous and oft-quoted reply was, "I've met the man in the street, and he's a [expletive deleted]!' which explains why Mark Lawrenson was unable to quote his response exactly.
