My son has absolutely no sense of danger MWB(Asperger's Syndrome),he is also very easily led so if anyone told him to do anything naughty he would do it without thought to consequences,so we can't just make him play out unfortunately :(
Hi zzxxee.
No. 1 son has cleared off the France for a few weeks
No. 2 son has played out every day, only re-appearing at meal times
Daughter (14) is off with friends every day.
My two sons have gone to town to spend son no1's birthday money. He was 13 yesterday (only looks about 10)
Mine will play out all day if the other kids are out. Some of the parents don't let them further than our block even though we have the best park in Northampton at the end of the road.
My dog's loving the holidays....he plays in the puddles in the alley at the back of the house and the kids come and play with him. He chases them on their bikes for hours. It's very funny to watch.
Zzxxee - ours have been off since end of June and the older ones since end of may - middle June depending on exams. My youngest goes on club penguin too vibra. She has also done a cookery camp and a windsurfing camp
Week 5 of holidays here. Not bored yet as we had the first 2 weeks off and they have been in Out of School Care for the last 2 weeks - plenty to keep them busy - they are off on another trip again today and are going to an outdoor centre to do some abseiling and canoeing on wednesday. They don't really get much time just to play out with their friends though which is a bit of a shame.
