Football tickets...please help me!

Apparantly Manchester United are playing Liverpool in October. I want to get my boyfriend tickets for his birthday but:

a) I have no idea where to buy them from
b) When they would go on sale
c) What sort of price they would be

Can anyone help me please?!

The Match takes place on Sunday Oct 25th at Anfield.
If he supports Liverpool he must apply to Anfield for Tickets but not until October. If he supports the other lot, then he must apply to Old Trafford for Tickets.

Thanks 10ClarionSt. There are matches against smaller teams on the weekends before and after his birthday at Utd ground so I may try and get tickets for them if they go on general sale (fingers crossed)
