how do you make vodka jelly?

Easily.

You make up the jelly but use 80% of the liquid normally required, using about 40% hot water and 40% vodka. Mix jelly until all melted.Put in fridge to set.

Then enjoy

I quite like rum jelly too and gin jelly....

I find it sometimes doesn't set very well and needs to go in the freezer instead of the fridge

thanks guy, i will be making them for a neighbours 18th birthday. I just got to make sure the kids dont get hold of them lol
