How do I update my status on facebook using my mobile?

Hi All,

I registered on facebook to be able to update my profile using my mobile phone a while ago but now I cant remember what I need to do. I think the number I text it to is 32665 (FBOOK on mobile) but do I have to start the message with a certain word, like 'status' or something??
