Fidget:
I used to quite like Atlantic as well although, now that RTE1has discontinued its Medium Wave broadcasts, I value having the Irish station on that frequency instead.
The best spot on the dial used to be 675 KHz, for the wonderful Radio 10 Gold (from the Netherlands). Then it was replaced by Arrow Classic Rock (which was a poor substitute, but acceptable). Now it's Radio Maria, which is a Dutch Catholic station which, for an atheist, isn't really what I want to hear ;-(

Always have Radio 4 on in the car. Now become addicted to the Archers, and even get updates sent to my computer!
The comedy shows around 7 are usually very funny, and I like the afternoon plays/short stories. But by far the best prog is Open Country, 6.00 Saturday mornings. Some brilliant stories on there, wish it could be televised.
