It is definitely 'Go Find It' by Sound Tree and you can find the advert on YouTube, but I can't find a whole track anywhere.

I guess Ford is keeping a close rein on it for now

SoundTree is a company that make put together music for adverts, they source music as well as create it in house so it's not clear in this case whether the track exists separate to the advert.
