Just a little annoyed was due to have my booking ap today with the midwife, but the one who booked me in with the other did not check properly and the one i am meant to see had no free slots today. megga peeved as i have taken the morning off work!

lol, I'd get used to that if I were you! I was consultant led care because of a heart condition and never saw the same doctor twice, community midwife - I did mainly see just one while pregnant, but 3 diiferent ones after the baby was born. Had appointments at 3 diff hospitals, sometimes more than one app on one day. All in all total nightmare! The system sucks, but it'll all be worth it!! :)

yep, agree with K8. its something yopu may have to get used to. I never saw same consultant when i was under their care, every one of them wrote the same note at top of my notes, just in different handwriting.

Health visitors tend to be the worst though, i saw one and 2 weeks later another called to say theyd never seen my daughter i had to stop work so they could see her immediately.

I have ahd to book half a day toil and half a day annual leave, but she has been and gone and hopefully a scan soon and a rough edd so im quite pleased in the end but the practice manager will be called!
