road and street names in Lincolnshire

Hi carolineb, sorry I havent got any of those you need, but just commenting that I dont agree with alexanderd; anyone can help us with these dastardly clues, so long as we can get the name we can then find out one way or anothr whether it is a street, road, ave, etc, so come on all you who are good at cryptic clues, we need your help with suggestions.
For example no 16 could be a close, but what he devil are cars bikes and snooker tables;
no 28 could be a drive or a garden but what could the name be.
All suggestions gratefully received as this one looks like being a stinker just as the Lincolnshire People one was.

I agree with you, if we can get the first bit of the cryptic clue we could work the answers out better
