Annoying Adverts
This sounds pretty sad but i'll readily admit that i quite like adverts...i think i actually annoy my housemates sometimes with singing themes and quoting the actors before they speak and doing the voice over!
But recently i've found that ALL the adverts on TV at really really P*ss me off! They are SO annoying that i can't even be ar*ed to watch them....they're nearly as bad as the eejits in the big brother house!

Also hate the stupid one with the twins where a water main bursts and the guy goes' "yeah its really nice, in a ridiculous voice.
Obviously i despise the michael winner adverts, need i say more.
I hate the kwik fit adverts with the woman moaning on about not getting to the church on time or something
I can't stand the self riteous bast**d trying to be kevin spacey on the orange adverts, i REALLY don't find their humour funny maybe it's just me
Why on tesco adverts do they have celebrity's like cilla black and barbara babs windsor saying things like "at tesco we have the best milk" or whatever, as if they're actually part of the company
On the muller yoghurt advert where everytbody shouts "YES!" why are there no men shouting "yes" do we not eat yoghurts?
On the yakult "friendly bacteria" adverts why would anyone allow themselves to become in that situation going round to a fella's house (who is obviously a serial rapist) to talk about fu**ing gastro-intestinal bacteria?
...moving on though as a gay man i do quite like the new sanex adverts for men shower gels and shaving foams as there are plenty of noody shots.....but i digress
Hurrah! Someone else has noticed. Although I understand that Bruce Forsyth does do a stint on the 6 items or less till on a Saturday. Just to keep it real, man.

Stupid advert, I agree, but any ad featuring Cordelia Whatsername (and there are plenty) is alright wtih me :-)
I do quite like the new Sure deodorant ad - people dropping from helicopters into the office, a car going down the road on its roof, that kind of thing. I used to like the Honda 'Hate Something' ads too, but they've gone now :-(
I hate the KFC ad where they all sing with their mouths full.
The one for, I think its Asda with Sharon Osborne talking about saving money, Im thinking what on earth would she know about that.
I like the coffee ad that have a story and Im still waiting for the next installment showing the guy buying the flowers and sending them to the girl he buys them for.
Speak for the company with the annoying twins in the adverts, I have to agree they suck, but it seems to be working as we're very busy at the moment!
Agreed re: the Sanex shower adverts. I too as a gay man enjoy those! (So much so that I bought some, unwittingly).
The Honda "Hate Something" advert was so good I downloaded it and sing along whenever it's on! And the Sure "Over The Top Protection" deoderant ads are awesome too.
The Orange adverts **** me off, with that stupid little... erm, well what is he exactly? (To me... he's obviously an out-of-work ex-Burkha, but that's beside the point).
The KFC advert where everyone sings with their mouths full - genius! The advertising people at KFC deserve a great big award for being absolutely bloody fabulous. Full marks boys & girls!
ALSO: I totally forgot, but there's one for some kind of shower gel (possibly Imperial Leather), where's there's someone in the shower and suddenly the bathroom wall disappears, and there's a Broadway show going on behind it! There's been a couple of them now, and I sing along with those too!
"Today's been a less than brilliant day...!!"
They say something like... "the most popular word in the world is OK, it means satisfactory, good enough. But what if the most popular word in the world was What If?" AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH! "What If" is not a word it's TWO words!.
It instantly sends me into ad rage ;->
There's also those horrid ads that start "Hello! Do you want a loan from 800 to 25000 pounds?" NO!! Go away!
The Michael Winner ads bring about instant loathing on my part too.
Finally, as yet another gay man (there seem to be a few of us about), my current favourite ad is for a mens perfume where the guy wanders round the flat naked and is sat, naked, drinking a cup of tea just as the door opens. Strangely enough although I can describe the man and the add well enough I can never seem to remember the product ;-)
