At 6.30 this morning, SH, I was trying to access your link but kept getting timed out. I couldn't even get in here - or anywhere else on AnswerBank - to explain my problem.
However, all seems to be well now. I've added a response to the Catriona thread. My thanks for believing I might have something of value to add. Cheers

Getting timed out at 6.30 in the morning is god's way of saying no one should be working at that hour QM ;-)
