The Met are going one better than South Yorkshire Police. They are creating a Muslim force to police the ethnic communities. Female officers will wear a traditional burkha uniform, with male officers wearing a galabiyya and a kufi skull cap. They will not be allowed to patrol together. Will this be good for race relations, or could it lead to something more sinister?
