Has anyone noticed that there is a distinct lack of advertising adverts being shown between segments of programme, most of the time it is just adverts for forthcoming programmes. I for one am fed up with the same old pieces being broadcast time after time, and that includes BBC broadcasts.
Obviously they have made the programmes to a certain time and so they are filling in with bits of film. Very annoying.

it is due to the recession apparently . It was on the news tonight that ITV s profits are right down due to the lack of advertising!!
