i am lookign for a diet pill to lose a bit of weight that is readily available in pharmacies without prescription, won't cause diarohhea or heart problems whichi have heard are quite common with dodgey pills bought off the internet!
Any ideas of ones that actually have worked for you then let me know?
i bought Hooodia off the internet and never had any side effect, not sure if they actually worked or it was mind over matter, all diet pills make you go to the loo that`s the whole point of them, otherwise why not try a slimming club if you don't like the effects of taking a pill.
even better - don't swallow them .... while you are at it don't swallow food either ...(or at least quite so much of it) ... take the time you would spend swallowing food to walk.
repeat daily for a few weeks - you might be surprised.
Only thing ever really worked for me was joining slimming world.
3 years later, been at target ages and am free member.
I eat loads, indulge on holiday like everyone else, then get back on it on return.
You need to change eating habits long term , no pill will do this plus think of the damage on the body and your purse !!
i think any slimming pill has a laxative effect and thats why you lose weight quickly. So thats why they should not be used long term as i suppose they can cause lasting damage to your bowels.
i tried hoodie.tasted like my horses apple treats, didnt work.waste of money. im into crystal healing, so trying magnesite. its minerals help break down fat and speed metabilism. its good for other things too. i tape it to my belly. look it up on the net. they are about 95pence, youve got nothin to loose.
Alli works, and it doesn't cause the runs unless you eat food that's high in fat. Stick to low fat stuff and you'll be fine - I've lost over half a stone so far.
