Excercise on TV

Despite having 4 billion channels via NTL cable I can't find any excercise program to follow along with. Does anyone know if there is anything like this (pilates, aerobics, anything!) on any channel to save me buying DVDs or did it go out with the 1980's?

I sometimes watch a program called "Aeorobics Australian Style" or something like that. It has a group of lovely australian girls doing aerobics on a sunny beach, being led by an instructor. Im not interested in aerobics myself, but i still like to watch it...........!

Anyway, it is on in the mornings I think, on one of the Sky Sports channels.

Other than Aerobics Oz Style, which you won't get unless you pay extra for the Sky Sports channels, I don't think there's anything like that on telly anymore. Someone really ought to stick out old episodes of "Lynn Marshall's Everyday Yoga" or somrthing...
