I was thinking about uploading a video of my local pub on YouTube, but before you upload it it gives you a warning not to upload anything with backing music that somebody else has made due to infringing copyrights, so how do people get away with uploading pop videos & TV commercials etc. that clearly are the work of others they can't all have permission as there are many thousands of them.
