Im 14 and really want a job i know how you go around all of the shops and ask but what do you say when you go in to somewhere you want to work?

youll have to be aware what shops you go to as most cant employ under 16s due to products sold

Hi Lor, Little Griff is correct, years ago you could get a Saturday job at 14 but due to health and Safety its a non starter. What about the free newspapers deliveries or start your own little job. At 14 I went to local posh Golf club with a sign saying ;' caddy for hire; and made some money carrying golf clubs around. good luck
