i have 9 points on my licence and just had another speeding conviction.Will I be disqualified and for how long. will I have to take another driving test when the ban is finished

you will get at least 6 months, no you will not have to resit the test.

you might just get away with it if you agree to do one of these drivers day courses run by the police
