I gather that beaver has a slight fishy taste to it;-)
There's nothing ecologically friendly about it !! How many trees do you think a beaver might destroy in a year ?

Why, what have they done to you sallabanana ?
I'd need some kind of sauce before I could chow down with confidence... it can also be quite filling... will it keep in the fridge?
