You seem to delight in telling us about your sexual exploits.
The basics of this case are:
1) A former contractor at the place where you work has written to management and accused you of harassment
2) Management are currently investigating it
The likely expectation is that they will ask to talk to you about it, to hear your side of the case. Then they will decide what action to take. It may be advice only (not to be such a silly boy in future), it may involve using the disciplinary procedure - for example a verbal or written warning. Only in the event that the company deemed that you had committed gross misconduct could you be dismissed for the first and single offence. This (IMHO) is unlikely.
If you were dismissed, you could use the internal appeal procedure, or even take the case to an Employment Tribunal on grounds of unfair dismissal.

ok thanks for answers
i only sent about five and same from her ,there was no hint of sex in any of them, this was back in late feb to early march, she asked me to stop the e mails i said ok and that was that , but in the mean time we were still talking to each other on the shop floor.
then at end of march she was reposted else where then she got a job with a contractor on site ,
then all of a sudden she made a formal complaint near the end of july and has now been sacked from the job she had .
does the my company still need to pursue it when the woman in question hasnt work for us in the last 5 to 6 months and now of site sacked dont know why but finding out why

Talk about making a mountain from a molehill. Just stop worrying yourself about it. I've given you the advice of someone who has worked in HR dealing with industrial relations matters for 7 years. IMHO it ain't going to happen.
The company would have to conclude that you were bringing the company into disrepute. Otherwise what you do in your own time is your business.
Possible if one is in a senior position, which doesn't seem very likely to be your situation.
