trying to leave virgin media i get through to india all the time because i have forgotten my password they keep fobbing me off any ideas how to leave them and go with sky

Do you pay by direct debit from a bank account, or by credit card?

If it is by direct debit, just cancel it and they will soon be in contact.

If they take payment by credit card you can't do this unfortunately.

My daughter did just that changed from Virgin to Sky and has regretted it ever since,

try e-mailing Virgin, I've found they're much better that Sky

according to my daughter the best way to get any sense out of them is to ring there 'im leaving you' phone number..apparently its a UK centre .
She uses this whenever she gets a problem although shes had a few they are very quick to refund fees as a gesture of goodwill she recently got �42.50 back for loss of use over 2 days..

is there maybe some sort of 'Forgotten your password' prompt if you try to go via your website?

thank you all for your replies problem has been solved after threatening to leave they fixed my problem in ten minutes it appears they dont like the thought of you leaving
