If a patient has had such a procedure for lung cancer, but then (8 years later) goes on to develop a second lung cancer in the remaining lung - what are the surgical options, if any?
Would it be possible to still proceed with a lobectomy (removal of just a lobe of that diseased lung). Or would the only forms of treatment be chemotherapy or radiotherapy?

Hey - only thee and me can take a thread on pneumonectomy and somehow turn it into flirtatious sex-talk.

Where's vibra - off whittling wood somewhere in a shady corner?
salla....LOL....I think that yesterday afternoon was much to much for the poor sod................I didn't think that the fantasy was THAT erotic.

Now about the little black dress.....buttons or zip, above knee, below knee, material, low cut at the front.......come on.

I have about 7 - various sizes and lengths !! - yes I am talking black dresses here, I haven't got carried away.

Mostly low cut - though the sparkly one has a high neckline, but the back is exposed all the way down to that dimple just above the buttocks.

Zips mostly, though one with tiny buttons all the way down the back (you'd get fed up...).
zips, back or side?
You haven't commented on the material.
sqadlet you're obsessed!

Ha! That's exactly how I imagine him too vibra. With maybe a little of the Leslie Phillips "ding dong.." thrown in for good measure.

sqad - zips down the back. Material? Anything expensive and has a lining that rustles seductively when I move or shift one leg over the other leg, a la Sharon Stone.... :-)
