Malarone are the best as the others have side effects such as hallucinations or sensitivity to sunlight. Malarone however are only available on prescription and cost around 50 but shop around as chemists charge different prices.
Hope this helps.
Sorry for the late reply.
I have just had the yellow fever jab and it cost 35. You can only have it in certain practices or schools of tropical medicine. If your doc doesnt do it then there will probably be another practice in your area that does. You dont have to be registered with them in order to have it.
The type of malaria tablets you need depends where you are going. Malarone are the best but are only available on prescription. Other types like Mefloquin can cause hallucinations or sensitivity to sunlight. Malarone are about 50 for a course of 22 tablets but again it depends on how long are going for and shop around as each chemist charges different prices. I need 22 and the cheapest I have found are 41.
