What ever happened to the awful Anthea Turner?
Once you couldn't switch on the TV without her being in your face and then she just disappeared from our screens almost overnight.

I think she does a voice over on Channel 4 in the evening sometimes, advertising what programmes are coming up.

If its not her, then the girl's voice is very similar.

Anthea and her husband Grant Bovey run a property company - they have property in Dubai.

Just for the record, Anthea is an old friend, and you should not be influenced by her media image, or the media put downs - i can assure you she is nothing like the press insist on saying she is, and I have known her since she was sixteen.

I must admit, I do have quite a liking for Anthea. Not Grant so much, but I think Andrea is probably a really nice lady, and quite a laugh, if you get to know her.

I think of Celebrity Masterchef - once hubby had been kicked off, a little bit more of her real personality shone through, and I actually thought she ended up coming across as really likeable, and not such a princess as people thought.
