i was pulled last night and spent the night in the cells.my question is the officer that pulled me said he was watching a main road ,but a nabour told me today that the officer had been waiting outside my house for 2 hours,is there any grounds to stop my case
Provided the correct procedure was followed by the arresting officer then no.
It sounds like the police have been tipped off about you, therefore the officer had reasonable suspicion that an offence was being committed so could stop you and then request a sample.
