I'm cooking some plain rice then I want to do it in the wok, like fried rice style. I've got red onion, eggs, peas and various spices. Whats the best thing to do with it? We're having it with steak. Thanks
Well if that is all you've got, you have sort of answered your own question!
The things missing are garlic, a bit of ginger, a chili and some mushrooms. Stir fry all together, and when cooked and drained, pour the the rice in to the wok , good stir and serve!
Well...
I fried some onion in nut oil with garlic curry powder, tumeric and tabasco. Chucked the dry cooked rice and peas and an egg, in and it was delish! Thanks anyway though Androcles :o)
