No best answer has yet been selected by KittyGlitter. Once a best answer has been selected, it will be shown here.
For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.cut and paste the link; it'll look ordinary. Then hit the space bar once and it will be underlined and turned into a link. Then highlight it (drag your arrow/cursor over it until it turns blue or whatever). Then just write the word you want to use - that will overwrite the link and will therefore become the link itself. So this: http://www.sugarbushsquirrel.com/
becomes this
(ABers might enjoy that link, btw)
As Indie doesn't seem to be around, I will give it a go.
If you are going to copy your link using the edit function, do this now.
Type in your post up to where you want the link and hit the space bar
Paste or type in your link making sure that you have all of it including the http:// bit
hit enter to make it live. It will become underlined.
Highlight the link by left clicking and dragging with the mouse. Make sure you get all of it, especially if it is a long one
Type in what you want the link phrase to be eg link
this should make your link address disappear and be replaced by your chosen word just like when you hightlight and type in microsoft word to make a correction
hit submit!
