Kawaskai GPZ 500 Torque link rod

We have a 1992 EX500 (GPZ) and are wondering where the engine side torque link road connects. We know the rear section connects to the rear drum and the front of the bar to ?. Is it to the swing arm or brake mounting?

normally mounts to the rear swing arm ! at one end the other is attached to the break drum , hope that helps
