I can't imagine anyone else as Quincy.Jack Klugman has just the right passion in the role and gave Quincy an eloquence and need to find the truth and justice for the dead.It's great that it is still on,I just wish I could catch it more often.Klugman was a great actor with a great voice.It's so sad that throat cancer has almost destroyed his voice.

Thanks for your answers. In an episode last week, it was really interesting to see Jack Klugman acting with John Fiedler in a few scenes - it brought back memories of the time they spent acting in that all-time classic '12 Angry Men' where they played jurors 2 (Fiedler) and 5 (Klugman). About time this film was shown again.

zzxxee, I love Stefan. I've actually met him. Over here in "sunny" Jersey CI, once a year we have something called the Battle of Flowers (constructions on wheels covered in flowers parade up and down). Every year there is a celebrity as our "Mister Battle" who accompanies our Miss Battle. A few years ago we had Stefan. We've just had the battle for this year, we had Marco Piere White.
