It's very difficult to follow your thread but I've tried and my understanding is that your employer has said they are not going to take any action as the case reporting did not include any reference to the company.
So I'm not sure what your issue is and why your question title is 'Getting sacked'. Are you getting sacked or not?
Just tell us simply what it is you want to know. Try to keep it to 3 or 4 short simple sentences and we'll try to advise.

I can make sense of this and frankly, it's a bit disturbing.
You have acted in a way which has caused some alarm to a person to the extent that you now have a criminal record. Not taking heed, you have continued to use sexual innuendo and it's got you into trouble (again). But hey, it's all 'their' fault and not your's, right?
It matters not that the content of your emails are not overtly sexual. You know what you mean and so does the recipient. You're a creep, a sexual fantasist, and you need to seek help before you go too far. You're unwell, you need help, it's not your fault, but you cannot continue with this behaviour.
You had no right to comment on the attire being worn by the woman in question, and you should not have been emailing suggestive mails to the woman at work. My guess is she was humoring you until she read of the menace that you posed. And, since the 'rumours' seem to be true, who can blame your colleague for being alarmed.
Unless you seek help and change your behaviour you are heading for a stretch inside.
