Tron

I was sent a link today to a trailer for Tron 2 (The Legacy or something) and I'm a bit confused. Initially when discussing Tron I was referring to a film I saw when I was a kid about this very strange planet where some bad things attacked a castle as an arranged marriage was taking place and stole the princess... Anyhow... These creatures could imitate the human looking people and when they died their head sort of seemed to sink in to the ground. Basically the prince sets off to get his new wife back and ends up being accompanied by a strange little group of travellers including the chap that played Mark in Eastenders and possibly Ray Winston.

Does anyone know what film I'm talking about as it clearly isn't Tron as I originally thought?
