Making a cake with a packet mix

I'm not being lazy, I just don't like waste. I have been given a kilo of basic cake recipe mix with no instructions. I know that veg oil,eggs and water should be added to the mix to produce it but I have no idea it what quantities. Is there anybody that can help me please
