I have had a stiff/ sore neck for years

I have had very sore stiff neck for nearly two years, i have xrays and they show nothing, i do stretches and they dont work, i've spent hundreds on chyropracter and i'm not sure it's worked, my neck used to be able to turn so i could see my back when looking in a mirror, now i can only see my side looking in a mirror. i'm only 28 and it's really getting me down. i've not done anything i can think of to hurt in these last couple of years....

Will the pain ever go?
Will i ever be able to turn my head 90 degrees again?
What can I do?

carron........I cannot answer your 3questions and indeed nobody can until a diagnosis is X-rays that you mention were of your cervical spine and they were normal.

You haven't mentioned if you have any asymmetry in your neck, which is important.
