Im a bit weird on this - I love marmite on toast, but cannot stand it on a sandwich or crackers, my sons the same.  Wonder why?

Marmite is a very salty brown spread, made from yeast extract. Similar to Vegimite.

love marmite.... my sister emigrated to aus and wasrather put out that she can only get vegemite ...so have to send her jars of the stuff x not sure id fancy it with bananas sounds like a pregnancy craving..... ALFIE??????

Hated the stuff when i first tasted it, and then out of the blue had a sudden craving for it, i love it now,but only on toast.
