yep, only 756,000,000 results on google for sites that offer the ability to make a blog.

I somehow don't think that all 756,000,000 will work in exactly the same way! so if somebody tells you how to edit your blog on http://www.myblogsite.com/ it's not going to be the same as doing it on https://www.blogger.com

your best place to start is the help and support pages for whatever blog site you use.
