Built-in sat-nav CD update

My RAV4 has a Toyota built-in sat-nav. It's three years old and I recently asked Toyota about getting an updated version of the CD that holds all the data. I'm shocked at the price, well over �100. Is there a cheaper source? Ebay doesn't seem to have them listed anywhere. I'd pay up to about twenty quid but that much more seems excessive. I guess it's a case of pay up or go without.
