we are thinking of going to Orlando next year and have been before to International Drive through a travel agents and are thinking of hiring a villa privately and getting our own flights and would like any info if it is the best way to go and is it safe to book through these rental companys also is it expensive to hire a car and all the parking at the parks etc, thanks for any replies

Get yourself a copy of this excellent book. It is updated every year with details not only of where to go and how to get around but also with practical information such as car hire, getting there etc.
