Tiny Red Spiders

My garden and house walls suddenly has a LOT of tiny weeny red spider things - like so small, the size of an ant. Anyone know what they are/ what they do/ are they any danger etc? I'm in the UK btw. ta

Probably red spider mites which are harmless
