Contemplating what colour to paint my kitchen walls.....either Malt chocolate (coffee colour) or Melon Sorbet ( trendy Limey green). I have beech cabinets and black countertops. Help please, driving myself nuts!! The majority answers by 10 am tomorrow will be the deciding factor. Thanks!

Go for the coffee colour. Morning skin against lime green ain't pretty !!
use a fake tan and go for the green!
GREEN!!! very trendy at the mo, would look lovely in a kitchen!! go for it..!!!
My mum has cream units and black worktops, and has just painted hers a raspberry colour, and it is stunning! (Dulux's feature wall Raspberry Diva)

I have cream units and wood worktops and my walls are a duck egg blue (but it turned out more blue than green, so im not too impressed! )

xx
My kitchen is Dulux Brazillian Bazaar 4...a lovely duck eggy blue.
Lime and black go together really well. That would be my choice.

Just keep your sunglasses handy if you wake up with a hangover.
I would go for the Melon Sorbet... fresh and invigorating! :)
Ah well looks as if I am in the minority.........( swops sides quickly) Go for green !!
Coffee colour.... Mum used to have a bright yellow kitchen which was a cruel and unusual punishment for the hung over.
Have just had a new kitchen in those colours - discounted blue as being too cold, although you might get away with duck egg blue. My kitchen is a light apple green on the walls. I thought of trendy lime, but after a while it will look a bit sharp I think.
I like the sound of the Melon Sorbet, fresh and bright, it'll look great with those black tops! good luck with it.................welsh
OK going to swop back now....go for coffee.
coffee colour better
I'd go coffee.

When my new kitchen gets installed (the one thats stored in the spare room for the last god knows when) I'm going for a musky green....I think!!

Thanks for all your advice ......5 - 4 to the Melon Sorbet so far, but still some time left yet, so we shall see....Hehe! x
Sorry not really able to help , all the colours sound absolutely lovely.
But am a minimalist at heart , every room I have has white walls , white woodwork . So buy a big tin of white emulsion and gloss every year , job done .

Not at all adventurous but quick , easy and inexpensive.

So good luck in making your choice. Brenda.

white= cold and clinical imo
You are so right -- bit like me then !!!!!!
