Is Driffield the answer to16d Doctor providing answer in a Yorshire town? Why? I get the DR at the beginning but not the rest
Also is 17a Northern ireland ?....Former MP attending dinner earl prepared in part of the UK [8,7] I think part could be an anagram of dinner earl but not sure......
Finally 1a Looking a little worse for wear betrays drunk [4-6] Begins with S [S?O? ??I???]
