New figures reveal that Britain will have to pay 2.3 Billion more to the EU next year. The hike was of course triggered by the grinning used car salesman Blair when he gave back the hard won rebate Maggie won us.
This means every household in the UK has to cough up 257 to effectivley sponser Blairs presidency campaign.
Will people ever begin to understand how much Noo Labour have sold us down the Swanee ?

Maggie Thatcher talked a good anti EU policy, while signing treaties that gave greater and greater control to a more centralised EU. She was a hypocrite. Heath took us in initially and New Labour just climbed onto the same political bandwagon.

Every British Government since 1973, including the 18 years of Tory rule were involved in the process of progressing the European community.
All organisations develop, they do not remain the same as the day they came into being. After the referendum in 1975 when the people voted to stay in, it is rightly down to the elected Government of the day to negotiate the next steps on our behalf.

Get over it.
The EU is very much in the interest of people in this country but there's so much parochial small mindedness they can't see it.
Mind you as a French friend of mine said
"It's not surprising the British don't like European Union - they can't even keep their own country unified!"
Take a bigger view and embrace the mainland
