Dog mess in Spain!

Having just returned from Murcia, I am disgusted the way the Spanish people allow their dog to foul the pavements, we were unfortunate enough to have waste ground infront of us because of the fall in building work, this was used as a "dog toilet", they were there at all hours, happily chatting to one another, the people, not the dogs..lol, or on their mobile phones, while Fido was happily crapping , we were infested with flies, which is no wonder ,anyone know how I could get in touch with the Spanish enviromental dept....seriously, but then I would have to change the language!!!

There kids are probably healthier than ours Bobbisox. We tend to be ultra hygienic these days and have lowered our children's resistance to muck. However, I would agree it is rather disgusting!!

They also tend to put their dogs out in the street last thing at night for the final poo of the day!!

yes lol, that too is sooo right Lottie, call me Bobbi pet, I know we are over the top now, I used to play happily in the muck when I was a kid, mind you , you couldn't aford to keep a dog then it was hard enough to feed your family...lol
