Are there any equilty in your house? Has the value of your house increased? Have you got bad credit ratings? Can you afford the repayments? you have not giving us that much info, it all depends. If the mortgage lender is giving you a hard time, you could move your mortgage to a different lender. Some banks can freeze your repayment for upto 6 months giving you a break. Is up to u to shop around. Or maybe someone with good credit ratings can be a guarantaur could help you. Like loosehead said we need more info. good luck
