So a neighbour reported something 3 years ago and it wasnt followed up - similar to our very own social services then, how many lives have to be ruined eh, so sad

Very sad, it's horiffic, makes my blood boil. How the hell the girl, children and her family are supposed to get their lives back on track are beyond me. Just hope they get all the help available to them.
