ABH - on going

Dear all an up date for you all . went to court last week for my ABH case . I pleaded guilty as i was all ways going to . The case has now had a date reset to the 17th of next month as i have to go for a probation meeting , is this a good thing ?. case still remains the same a Single puntch , This did brake his nose witch i am truly sorry about , i reported it to the police within an hour , full stament given . i have 100% clean record up till that day at 38 years old . I belive that as the gentleman is saying that he did not provoke me in any way witch he is bounded to say and i would do if i was him , im looking at a strting sentance of hight end order or up to 26 weeks , am i right in thinking this . I do hope the probatoin services do lisen to my side of events as up to know the CPS seem to wont to say that i just picked some for an un-provked attack when getting of a train , would seem a little bit out of my normal way of life as i have been doing the same trip to london for 11 years and not managed to attack any one .

at magistrates court 26wks is there limit, a guilty plea carries 4 months which is only 16wks
