Breach of Tenancy Agreement
Our neighbour has breached his tenancy agreement, by throwing items over the fence, cutting our plants down etc. Yesterday he waved at us from his car with one finger. We have asked our landlords (my employers) for a high fence between the properties. The person we speak to is insisting that my husband speak to our neighbour directly (who is also his brother!) as our landlords won't do anything with out our neighbours consent, "as he is a rent paying tenant". So are we and we both work for our landlord.
Any suggestions on our next step?

He will not speak civilly to either of us, and he is never actually sober enough to get a sensible conversation out of. If you knew how bad the feeling is between them then you would know why talking is not an option.

2 metres is plenty. Then at least we won't be able to see him when we are in the garden. He usually makes a point of cutting the grass or being out there when we are, not against the law I know, but he is so obvious when he is trying to be seen.
If anything else gets thrown I will go to the police for harrasment.
We are actually looking at moving, with a different landlord. Its a shame because we have done so much to the place and it is our home.
