How to cancel Instant Messaging for Orange pay as you go mobile

My daughter keeps getting charged �4 a month for using Instant messaging on her mobile. She has never even signed up for this and has never used it. I have rung Orange time and again only to be told to go onto her account and cancel it but there is no where on the account to cancel something that was never set up in the first place !!! I am so angry that they won't help me. Any ideas ??
