Repeating emails

It 's got worse - I've just received twelve copies of one email and there may be more to follow because Outlook Express is showing that I have 22 emails in the pipeline. Please, any ideas to stop this?

do you know the sender? If not in OE you can block the sender, its that long since I've used OE but I think you go to tools messages and block that particular sender, if you know the sender they may have a virus of some type that is sending these e-mails.
