I do know that in the early days of the Afghanastan war, the U.S. attempted to teach the natives how to play Bingo... they caught on quickly and seemed to enjoy it, but almost never actually finished a card... Seems, at some point the number caller would announce "B-52"... everyone left the tent quickly...
The term is Bingophobic.
~~adjective
1. of or pertaining to the fear of becoming Catholic
2. a person afraid of not having a life outside of a hall crammed full of old smelly people that have nothing better to do but sit in a hall crammed full of other old smelly people
i should imagine her fear stems from the possiblity of dying from bordem. i tried bingo, when i was bored at home, and offered to go with my parents. oh. my. god. never again. not only that, im not been ageist (its just an unfortunate thing thats happened in my life) but ive spent enough time with elderly and middle aged people when i was a teenager, that any more time, and i may as well just jump 50 years ahead in time and forget i ever had a youth!
